  • Kittitas and Grant counties
  • Chelan and Douglas counties and south of Highway 2.
  • Yakima County and north of Highway 12 from the Yakima-Lewis County line to Yakima, and north of Highway 82 from Yakima to the Yakima-Kittitas County line, and
  • Ranges 28E, 29E, and 30E of Adams County
