What are Noxious Weed Regions?

The Noxious Weed Regions outline lands within which Class B Weeds are designated for control. They are further described in WAC 16-750-04. Below is a map of Washington depicting these regions. If you live in a region where a Noxious Weed is a Class B Designate, you are required by law to control it.
